Robin Brown is President of the Criminal Bar Association. He's on the
wire to debate the merits of the Criminal Procedures Bill, which will
soon be introduced to Parliament. The Bill allows for a retrial "where
new and compelling evidence" has been found, effectively doing away with
Double Jeopardy, the concept that once aqquitted, a suspect cannot be
retried for the same crime. And a really bad film with Ashley Judd.
