Talk of weapons of mass destruction suddenly quietened down a bit after the invasion of Iraq. But now nuclear weapon proliferation is back in the news. The major powers are again at odds as to what to do about Iran and North Korea's interest in the bomb. While Europe, America, China and Russia may disagree on how to handle the thermonuclear aficionados, they all agree more proliferation is a bad thing. WIRE Producer extraordinaire David Belgrave last week spoke to security expert Dr Paul Buchanan about proliferation.
