The Wednesday Wire Hosted By José Barbosa

12:00 News with Sarah, Weather, Surf Report.

12:15 The AUSA Report with AUSA President Dan Bidos

12:45 Boobs On Bikes Parade Auckland City Councilors say they're dismayed that the Council approved the parade down Queen Street involving topless porn stars. The supposedly offensive carry on is still going ahead and Hadyen East will be reporting live from the parade.

1:00 Clint Murphy, audio engineer. A recent article about the declining nature of LPs piqued my interest in audio formats. With such a wide range of differing formats out there, what should the obsessive audiophile be listening to? And with what? Audio engineer Clint Murphy gives us the low down.

1:15 Ryan Sproull The editor of Auckland Uni's Mag Craccum pops in for his fortnightly chat about all things pop culture-ry.

1:30 Laila Harre, Secretary of the National Distribution Union.

Having hopefully recovered from the Boobs On Bikes Hadyen will interview Laila Harre live from a rally protesting National's 90 Day Probation Bill. It's set up so employers would be able to dismiss employees during the probationary period without being able to file personal grievance claims. Critics say the bill would hit workers rights. It's supporters say it would help job seekers find work easier.

Aucklanders can tune in at 95 on the FM dial.
