Scoop Audio: PM Wraps Up 2006
At the last post-cabinet press conference for 2006 the Prime Minister took a short wander down memory lane and preferred to be upbeat about the fading year - citing the roll out of Working for Families, interest free student loans and legislation designed at giving Kiwi's cheaper broadband as being positives.

The Prime Minister also drew the assembled media's attention to the recent Security Intelligence Service's 50th anniversary celebrations.
