Breaking News: Bail Revoked For "Terror" Accused

An appeal to the High Court by the Crown lodged after one of the 17 "East Cape Terror Camp" accused, Jamie Beattie Lockett, aged 46, of Takanini, was bailed this morning has succeeded and Lockett has now been remanded in custody to appear with the other Auckland terror camp accused on Friday.
This afternoon's closed court hearing in Rotorua concerning a bail application by fellow accused Tame Iti has been adjourned for the night. He is likely to learn whether or not he will be granted bail at 2.15pm tomorrow.
A protest is planned in Wellington for 2.15pm tomorrow at the District Court when an application to have the cases against four Wellington activists and Terror camp acciused moved to Auckland District Court was tentatively scheduled on Monday.
