It appears that West Virginia either had very, very few
machine failures yesterday or they were very, very
successful at keeping the failures out of the news.
It
appears that our friends north of the border want the same
instant gratification that our media insists on. New
Brunswick has changed to optical-scan machines so they can
get quicker results, amongst other reasons....
