Invited guests at the opening of Les Mills in Britomart on the Auckland Waterfront.
As an enthusiastic customer of the local Les Mills establishment in Wellington I was delighted to receive an invitation to a party celebrating the opening of a brand new Les Mills gym on the Auckland waterfront last Thursday.
What follows is a few snaps taken at the red-carpet opening before I had to duck out and return to the capital.
First the view from Quayside of the new Britomart Les Mills (which opened at 5.30am yesterday).

The new gym is set out at ground level and below sloping back from quay. The exercise spaces are spread out horizontally with a corridor running from the entrance at the corner - to the group fitness area at the far eastern end.
In between are rows of shiny new exercise equipment on split levels.
