Video and Images by Alastair Thompson
The New Zealand Labour Party today marked the deaths of 76 in Oslo and on the Island of Utoya Norway last Friday with a ceremony on the New Zealand Parliament steps.
Brief speeches were made by MP Jacinda Adern and Young Labour President Ella Hardy (who read a James K. Baxter poem) before another (Ibsen) poem was read and the group, Labour Party caucus members plus associated people, marked a moment's silence and released red balloons.
