CONTENT SUMMARY:
- PM briefly outlined today's cabinet meeting and indicated he will be delivering a significant speech tomorrow laying out the Government's plans for 2012.
- PM answered extensive Questions regarding the Overseas Investment Office decision - which is expected to be announced shortly - on the controversial sale of the Crafar farms to Chinese interests. The decision - if positive for the Chinese bidders - will likely be litigated by a consortium of interests associated with Michael Fay.
