Foetus Screening – Export Boom – Driver License Law – Life Affirming Programme

- FOETUS SCREENING: New Zealand is risking another health screening disaster by not monitoring maternity tests that can detect foetal defects, doctors have warned.

- EXPORT BOOM: The dollar hit another low yesterday at close to US39 cents, but farmers and exporters are seeing the benefits roll through.

- LIFE AFFIRMING PROGRAMME: Katie Wysoczanski, who three years ago was a deeply depressed, lonely 14-year-old who wanted to die, was chosen to be one of the first teenagers to be put through Project K, a programme that literally dragged her through the wilderness and taught her life was worth living.
