The Minister Of Employment Knocks Jobs

Mr Maharey repeatedly refers to "dead end jobs" and "any old job" when he describes the option he does not want for DPB beneficiaries.

"The attitude of the Minister of Employment is an insult to all those people who do these jobs, jobs which he holds in such low esteem," says Lindsay Mitchell, Libertarianz associate spokesman for the deregulation of Welfare. "These people are paying tax. These people are self-supporting yet their income is sometimes not even on par with a DPB beneficiary."

"It is disgusting that the Minister looks down his nose at these taxpayers whilst planning to put more of their money into pointless exercises like legislating to change the name of the DPB!"

Unlike this government, Libertarianz do not believe that the responsible should be penalised whilst the irresponsible are rewarded. "A job is a job, Mr Maharey. Working is a good habit. Don't knock it."

"It's enough to make you vote Libertarianz!"
