Phantom Fraudsters

Five pre-school centres have been closed and their operators face fraud charges for allegedly creating phantom pupils to boost their government funding. "Why am I not surprised?" responded Peter Osborne, the Libertarianz Associate Spokesman for Education Deregulation.

"The present Government set up this predictable situation in the first place by subsidising the pre-schools $150 per pupil." Mr Osborne continues. "However, this creates an unavoidable moral dilemma: when the State puts its hand forcibly in the pockets of tax-payers to pay for these schemes, then it is hardly any wonder that parasites of a similar ilk are going to try the same."

Mr Osborne adds "Whenever a Government attempts to repair a problem that it created in the first place, it will only succeed in creating more problems, meanwhile wasting more tax-paid money."

In conclusion, Mr Osborne states "Under a Libertarianz Government all education will be freed from the shackles of the State. Citizens will keep their hard-earned money to spend where they like. This will ensure that educational institutions will have to compete to provide the best education possible, free from the moral emptiness of Government."

It's enough to make you vote Libertarianz!
