Destiny NZ Gathers Pacific Support in Manukau
Former South Auckland Police Sergeant and Destiny New Zealand Leader, Richard Lewis, presented the party’s message to an enthusiastic audience of over 200 locals at the Otara Recreation Centre last night.
Mr Lewis urged the audience to cut ties with the Labour Party and vote for Destiny New Zealand, a party that will protect and esteem the religious and traditional values of Pacific Peoples.
“This present Labour Party is nothing like the party our forefathers voted for. It wants to lock people into state dependency and keep families poor. Manukau needs change and so does out nation, its time to vote of people who respect the traditional founding values of our country”, he said. Mr Lewis presented the same message on the ‘Voice of Samoa’ radio later that evening.
Tomorrow (Saturday 10th) from 9.30am Destiny New Zealand will hold main stage at the Otara Markets with pop-group Cydel & Groovehouse. Mr Lewis and a number of Destiny New Zealand candidates will be present.
