Grey Power: Why is Life Sentence NOT Life Sentence
Media Release
The latest brutal murder of the elderly pensioner on the North Shore is yet another example of unprovoked, bullish behavior of the “low life” existing in our present day society.
Such a senseless, cowardly murder of another innocent member of our community reinforces the belief that Grey Power has, of the necessity for a real deterrent sentence for these “thugs” who, regardless of their age, commit such an offence, says Hamish Perry, Spokes person for Law and Order, Justice.
Police spend hours, days and often months investigating these needles crimes incurring thousands of dollars of tax payers money to apprehend the culprits and bring them before the Courts only to find there is a “wet ticket” sentence of Life Imprisonment handed down which after a mere 14 to 15 yearsis revoked by the Parole Board who by their P.C decision allows such criminals to be released back into society to reoffend, leaving further grief and anguish with the victims families.
The question put by Grey Power is “Why is Life Sentence NOT Life Sentence [in one form or another]?”
Those who are low enough to brutally murder their fellow members of society, let alone an innocent elderly, defenceless lady, are “put away”, not for winning “First prize at a Bible contest”, yet are capable of conning six gullible members of the Parole Board that they are reformed. Haven’t these people learnt from their previous experience that those before them are not only irresponsible, moralles members from our society but are cunning enough to “con” those who are willing to listen to their stories of reformation.
When will our Law, Order and Justice system get some continuity and reality within its ranks?.
