Reveal your super powers for Plunket!
As part of Plunket’s Annual Appeal, DIYFather.com challenges you to Be a superhero for under fives and dress up as your favourite superhero on Friday 17 October. Visit www.diyfather.com/superheroes, create your superhero profile and get all your friends and colleagues to sponsor you. All donations will go to Plunket.
A number of superheroes have already registered, including Scott Lancaster, founder of DIYFather.com and Catherine McLarin, Plunket’s National Car Seat Rental Scheme Advisor. So ‘don a cape’ and join in the fun to help give New Zealand children the best start in life.
“Superheroes really appeal to under fives, and every dad and parent can be a superhero”, says Scott. “Plunket is such a great Kiwi organisation, and they deserve New Zealand’s support to help parents who are the real superheroes of every Kiwi kid. While DIYFather.com is the ‘Father’s Guide to Parenting’, Plunket has been supporting New Zealand parents for the last hundred years. We want to help them out however we can.”
Lancaster adds, “DIYFather.com also supports Plunket in delivering the Dads4Dads course, aimed at helping new dads come to terms with being a father, and helping them learn new parenting skills in a father friendly environment. This is great news for dads, kids, and their families too.”
