Flying Fijians bring New Zealand & Fiji Governments Together
“The members of Fiji Club of New Zealand (FCNZ) are supportive of the planned meeting of our New Zealand and Fiji governments at the Hong Kong sevens in March next month” Alton Shameem JP, the Fijian leader and president said today in Takapuna, North Shore City, Auckland the City of Engagement and Reaching Out to all Peoples.
“The continued dialogues and engagements by the both the New Zealand and Fiji governments in the recent months augur well for the economic and social development of both our countries, as it brings us all together for the common good of all as helpful neighbors do ” Alton Shameem the founder and chairman of Fiji Club of New Zealand said.

Recreation/Rugby World Cup Honorable Murray McCully for
having the foresight and leadership for continued dialogues
and engagements as passionately advocated by Fiji Club of
New Zealand (FCNZ), with a great help from the Flying
Fijians, our members and supporters, inspiration from
President Barack Obama and all interested parties” Alton
Shameem said
“It is now time to the lift
the ban against Fijians participating in the Commonwealth
games, and all rugby players regardless of their
affiliations to the peacekeepers the Fiji military
organization to play in Rugby World Cup 2011 in Auckland ,
the Multi-cultural City” the Fijian leader and president
Alton Shameem said.
