Democrats for Social Credit conference

DSC conference
"An international debt crisis, the proposed sell-off of Kiwi assets, cuts to the public service sector, a stagnating economy, and a dithering government: this weekend's DSC conference in Dunedin has much to discuss" said Stephnie de Ruyter, leader of the Democrats for Social Credit Party.
Ms de Ruyter said the timing for the Party's annual conference was perfect.
"We're meeting the weekend after the RWC final and four weeks before the general election. That gives our candidates plenty of time to campaign hard and to build on the work they have already done in their electorates.
"This year's guest speaker is Dunedin City Councillor Paul Hudson. I'm delighted that Cr Hudson is available to address the conference on Saturday afternoon: his many years of local body service and his extensive business experience mean he is well qualified to talk about his vision for Dunedin.
Ms de Ruyter said that the Party's annual general meeting would be held on Friday evening, with the conference formally convening on Saturday and concluding on Sunday afternoon.
