A Salvation Party of Aotearoa-NZ & Vortrovia eco-city project initiative

In order to progress their mutual vision for a very different future for NZ from the one most entertain today, the Salvation Party of Aotearoa-NZ & the Vortrovia eco-city project are now working side by side.

The first step in furthering this collaboration is the launch a joint campaign, to garner support for & establish the “Arkenisle” eco-township project.

The following text is from our brochure that outlines the main points of this initiative, which is aimed at contributing to the salvation, sustainable betterment & beautification of Aotearoa.

Due to the unsustainable nature of our civilization, we will soon have no choice, but to drastically alter our way of life. To do so with the required urgency, will involve comprehensive societal transformation & systemic renewal. To assist us in this undertaking is would be useful to begin developing model built environments, within which innovative eco-tech solutions & new societal models, can be put into practice. Such localized incubators, would enable small pioneering communities to evolve new self reliant & sustainable, truly 21st century ways of life. These exemplary models could then serve as effective blueprints for regional & national transformation & renewal. Ideas such as these, have led to the development of an urban design concept, suitable for this purpose. The result of this process is a layout plan, some built environment ideas & a societal model for a sustainable, self reliant island township environment, called Arkenisle. Although SPA has mainly been formed, as a platform for nationwide change & renewal, it also has another objective. This is to establish a project, solely devoted to furthering the realization of the Arkenisle vision; which is to found & cooperatively establish by 2017, a harmonious, habitable, life affirming, sustainable centre of transformation, renewal, creativity & excellence, called Arkenisle.

Once established, Arkenisle, situated in a sustainable enclave called Vortrovia, will secede from the nation of New Zealand, thereby becoming an autonomous homeland & a leading light in the creation of a new parallel alternative, to the NZ of today.
