The Half Year Economic and Fiscal Update (HYEFU) 2014 provides the Treasury's latest economic forecasts and the forecast financial statements of the Government, including the implications of Government financial decisions.
HYEFU 2014 was published conjointly with the Budget Policy Statement (BPS) 2015.

In conjunction with the Half Year Economic and Fiscal Update 2014, the New Zealand Debt Management Office has released a domestic bond programme that is unchanged from the Pre-election Economic and Fiscal Update (PREFU) 2014 over a comparable period.
The addition of 2018/19 to the forecast period gives rise to a $7 billion bond programme in that year.
