PSA calls off strike action after negotiating deal with Auckland DHBs
The Public Service Association has negotiated an end to its dispute with the three Auckland Metropolitan District Health Boards.
With the assistance of the Employment Relations Authority, the three DHBs and the PSA have reached a settlement in the Allied, Public Health and Technical negotiations.
All strike notices have been lifted.
"We’re pleased to be able to take this proposed settlement to our members," PSA National Secretary Erin Polaczuk says.
"We believe it’s a great deal which ensures patient safety while being fair to staff.
"We will recommend our members vote in favour of the offer."
