More industrial action on the horizon at Ministry of Justice

After one month of rolling industrial action, PSA members at the Ministry of Justice are now voting on whether or not to take further industrial action after their long running talks to reach a new collective agreement hit another stalemate.

PSA’s MOJ National Delegates Committee has recommended continuing work to rule actions that commenced at the same time as a nation-wide strike on 19 September.
The ballot on whether to continue industrial action will close on Wednesday 24 October.

PSA members throughout the Ministry of Justice include Court Reporters, Court Registry Officers, Victim Advisors, Family Court Coordinators and workers from the Ministry’s head office and specific courts such as the Māori Land Court.
