Government in Danger of Breaching H&S Act.

As PCBUs, government ministers are responsible to ensure that they eliminate, isolate or minimise hazards. Where they deliberately INCREASE the risk of serious harm from a significant hazard then they are in breach of the Act.

Abortion is a significant hazard (something that causes serious harm). Serious harm is defined as an injury resulting in hospitalisation or death. Abortion ALWAYS results in death, and often in serious harm as well requiring hospitalisation.

Making abortion more readily available and acceptable by removing it from the crimes act has the direct result of increasing the significant hazard and therefore the serious harm.

Using the excuse of making it a health issue is also a breach of the Act, as David Ferguson’s study showed that women who had an abortion were 35% more likely to suffer major depression.

New Zealand actually needs those children. We are opening our borders to immigrants continually, when we should be developing our own tradespeople, carers and sportspeople.

New Conservative believes it is time we changed tack and looked to save both lives.

“The science is clear. Life starts at conception and terminating it is harmful to both the mother and baby. For the government to put either at risk is a breach of their responsibilities before the law,” says Leader Leighton Baker.
