Lest We Forget: Election A Memorial to Ian Mutton

"Saturday's election should serve as a memorial to Ian Mutton, and to his late son Trevor."

Libertarianz finance spokesman Julian Darby said today: "It should serve as a memorial to Mr Mutton, and to the other victims of what Ian Mutton's suicide note called the 'f***ing arseholes' who persecuted him - and other peaceful New Zealanders - to their deaths."

"But," continued Mr Darby,"we should be aware that Saturday's election is likely to also serve as a reminder of New Zealanders' complicity in these deaths. For on Saturday most New Zealanders will go out and vote for political parties who sanction the existence and the activities of the persecutors of Ian Mutton."

"Ian Mutton's tormentors were only following orders."

"New Zealanders; if you do not wish to have the blood of more victims on your hands - or to become such a victim yourselves - then you should consign to oblivion the statist politicians of every stripe who gave those orders, and who nodded when the orders were given. Every politician in that House was culpable. Every one of them should be made to remember Ian Mutton."
