Xbox Gaming Just Got More Affordable

Xbox Gaming Just Got More Affordable Console Price Slashed To $299!

Xbox gaming is now even more affordable with the price of the popular gaming console slashed from $349 to $299, from tomorrow, March 31!

The new console price follows hot on the heels of some major reductions in Xbox software prices and positions the new generation console an incredible $70 less than its chief rival.

"New Zealanders have taken to Xbox in such a huge way that we are now one of the most successful territories in the world," says Wilf Robinson, head of Xbox NZ.

"So it's great to be able to offer Kiwis this incredible price drop. It's all about accessibility - we don't want price to be an obstacle to the Xbox experience.

"With more than 300 games, an online community of nearly 750,000 Xbox Live subscribers, DVD and CD playback capabilities, this price drop further validates Xbox as an unparalleled entertainment system.

"We're aggressively pursuing even greater market share."

But wait, there's more!

The console alone is not the only Xbox product that gets a price drop - other reductions include:

" Xbox Halo Elite Force Pack - $339 - save $60

" Xbox Music Mixer - $59.95 - save an incredible $40

" Project Gotham Racing 2 - $79.95 - save $20

" Crimson Skies - $79.95 - save $20

" Counter Strike - $79.95 - save $20
