IQ Confidential is Approved by NZ Government

HAWKES BAY (NZ), - 14 March 2007 - Bizibox Ltd today announced that its IQ Confidential software has been approved by the NZ Government.

Complementary to secure internal messaging systems, IQ Confidential is an independent, confidential messaging system with a built in document / file collaboration module. It creates a safe and private communications channel for your organisation where only "invited" internal staff and external trading partners can work collaboratively or send messages that bypass the unsafe, open public internet.

One of the major benefits is the reduction of financial and legal risk exposure.

Bizibox Chief Executive Neil Sherratt says “By streamlining the entire email delivery process to a single controlled server, many of the email symptoms like spam, spoofing, ID theft to name a few simply just disappear. Everything is now controlled, and as a result is much simpler and safer than sending encrypted emails. Commenting on IQ Confidential a NZ Government spokesperson said: "We have reviewed the product and found IQ Confidential to be compliant with NZ national ICT security policies ‘Security in the Government Sector (SIGS)’ and ‘NZSIT 400’. Our view is that we would be comfortable with it being used within NZ Government up to and including the restricted/sensitive classification level”.

The spokesperson went on to say “The accidental or intentional leaking of critically important and highly sensitive information is preventable. The IQ Confidential approach to resolving this, and many other issues, enables you to protect yourself, your organisation, and now your worldwide recipients from unwanted, unauthorised disclosure of your email content.”
