3. DHS/ICE databases revealed no negative information about
MEDs Technologies.

4. We spoke with a MEDs representative via telephone on
August 30. He confirmed the transaction but said his
company's office in Kuala Lumpur had handled the details of
the sale. The representative could not provide any
additional information regarding the end-user or end-use
beyond what was provided in the license application. MEDs
Technologies did not often deal with the Malaysian company,
May Electro Systems, he said.
