Emboff delivered ref points on the Global Partnership for
Agriculture and Food (GFAP) to Mr. Inoue in the Office of
Economic Security, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, November 26.
Inoue noted he is familiar with the proposal, having
participated with USG representatives in the November 6-7 G8
Experts Group Meeting on Global Food Security. He expects to
coordinate further in a conference call next week, adding
Washington is familiar with GOJ views and expressed thanks
for advising that USG is delivering ref message.
