1. (U) PolChief met with the ROYG MFA Deputy Chief of
International Organizations Idrees Al-Shammam November 16 to
discuss points in reftel. Shortly after the meeting
Al-Shammam confirmed that the Yemeni delegation will be
absent during the November 19 UNGA third committee vote on
Iran.
