1. (U) In response to questions listed in reftel A, Post has
included the following responses from Mr. R. Karl James, General
Manager Jamaica Cane Products Sales Limited:
A. Does your Jamaica plan to ship its full FY 2010 allocation of
raw cane sugar to the United States for delivery by September 30,
2010? YES
B. If there is a reallocation, could your country supply any
additional raw sugar by September 30, 2010? YES
C. If your country could supply additional raw cane sugar, what is
the maximum amount of additional raw cane sugar your country could
ship by that date? 5,000 metric tons.
