Camp Democracy Veterans to Lead March
When: Saturday September 9, 2006
What: Silent March and Vigil around the Capitol Building
Why: To remember the fallen and remind Congress and the public of the human cost of the War on and Occupation of Iraq.
Gather at 9 am at 1st and Independence Southwest corner located 1 block North of Capitol South Metro Stop
Step off at 9:30 am end at 10:30 am

Camp Democracy is a 17-day event focused not only on ending the war but also on righting injustices here at home and on holding accountable the Bush Administration and Congress.
WASHINGTON, DC - September 9-11

A festival of workshops, speakers, training and
entertainment focused on a variety of causes,
all intent
on changing the course that the Bush administration is
taking our country.
WHERE: On the National Mall
between 3rd and 7th Streets (different location from the
rest of Camp
Democracy!)
