US: Physicians Unfavorable To Health Care Reform
Majority of Physicians Express Unfavorable Opinions of Health Care Reform Plan

Flemington, NJ, March 19,
2010 – A new media study among 900 physicians
revealed that the majority of physicians (71%) reported that
they are not in favor of the Obama administration’s plans
for health care reform.
The study was conducted by HCD
Research and the Muhlenberg College Institute of Public
Opinion (MCIPO) using the MediaCurves.com® website during
March 18-19, to obtain physicians’ perceptions of current
health care reform in the U.S.
The majority of physicians
(63%) indicated that if they had the opportunity to choose
their career today, they would be less likely to enter the
medical field due to their knowledge of health care reform.
