Remarks at Beijing Airport

Remarks
Robert R. King
Special Envoy for North Korean Human Rights Issues
Beijing, China
March 6, 2012

________________________________________

AMBASSADOR KING: I'm delighted to be back in Beijing again. I'm here with Jon Brause, the Assistant Administrator of USAID. As you know we'll be meeting with representatives of the North Korean government tomorrow to finish the conversations and discussions we've had on the administrative issues related to providing humanitarian assistance to North Korea. We'll be having meetings on Wednesday and on Thursday if that's necessary. We're looking forward to a productive time; we're looking forward to positive discussions. At some point we may have something to tell you, but now there's no particular news. Thank you very much.
