IFOAM Annual Report Now Available

Dear Friends of IFOAM,

“One Earth, One Future” is an expression of our dedication to and belief in a fair, just, and organic future for us all.  Many hoped that Rio+20 would bring us a step closer to this in 2012, the year of our 40th Anniversary. Although we were disappointed with the overall outcome of that much-anticipated conference, IFOAM was nonetheless successful behind the scenes.

The organic movement showed that it remains an agent of change and that our work is needed now more than ever. SOAAN (The Sustainable Organic Agriculture Action Network) is one example of this, where we are examining how Organic Agriculture should look in practice. 

The celebration of 40 years of IFOAM was also occasion for reflection on the issues discussed and a confirmation of just how strong our common understanding is of what is needed to realize “One Earth, One Future”.  

We hope this compilation of events, campaigns, and activities will be an inspiration on the journey to fulfilling our vision of an organic world. Download your IFOAM 2012 Annual Report HERE.
