WTO Issues Panel Report Regarding Indonesian Duties on Certain Iron Or Steel Products

On 18 August a WTO dispute panel issued a report in the cases brought by Viet Nam and Chinese Taipei in “Indonesia — Safeguard on Certain Iron or Steel Products” (DS490 and 496).
