THE OUTLOOK FOR TOMORROW: The southwest

ease as an anticyclone moves
slowly over the northern Tasman Sea.
At the same time a
weak cold front is likely to spread northeast
over the
South Island. The North Island sees a few showers from
Taranaki northwards, otherwise fine. Over the South
Island showers
clearing from eastern areas but
persisting in the south and west.
